Delete Account

You can delete your ServiceWizard account at any time. This page explains how deletion works and what happens to your data.
How to Delete
Option 1 (recommended):
- Open the ServiceWizard app
- Go to Settings
- Open Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Email contact@servicewizardapp.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. Include your account email and business name so we can verify the request.
What Happens
Deleting your account will:
- Delete your profile
- Delete business information
- Delete customer records stored in ServiceWizard
- Remove AI history associated with your account
- Remove stored files associated with your account
Subscriptions: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also need to cancel your subscription separately in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your ServiceWizard account does not automatically cancel store-managed subscriptions.
Backups or residual copies of data may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed, except where we are required to retain information longer by law.
