Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using ServiceWizard, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use ServiceWizard. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account credentials
• Business data you enter into the Service
• Customer information you store or process
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans may include:

• Monthly and yearly billing options
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Cancellation at any time through the App Store, Google Play, or in-app settings (as applicable)
• No partial refunds unless required by law

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by those platforms. Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings as required by those stores.

Stripe processes payments on behalf of ServiceWizard for applicable fees and, where enabled, for customer payments collected by businesses using the Service. ServiceWizard is not responsible for payment disputes between businesses and their customers.

Businesses that send SMS through ServiceWizard are responsible for:

• Obtaining customer consent before sending messages
• Following TCPA and other applicable messaging laws
• Honoring STOP and HELP compliance requirements

AI-powered suggestions, pricing estimates, and analysis tools are estimates only. Business owners remain solely responsible for pricing, quotes, recommendations, and all business decisions made using ServiceWizard.

You may not use ServiceWizard for:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Illegal activity
• Hacking or attempting to compromise the Service
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Copyright infringement or other IP violations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICEWIZARD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Ohio shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
