How it works: As a ServiceWizard user, you can:
- Send service quotes and estimates directly to customers via SMS
- Send appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Notify customers about job status changes
- Send invoices and payment requests via text message
- Request customer reviews after service completion
- Send SMS marketing campaigns to customers who have opted in
- Receive and manage customer responses through the ServiceWizard SMS inbox
Important: ServiceWizard does not send messages directly to consumers. Instead, business owners using our platform initiate and control all SMS communications with their own customers. You, as the business owner, are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them SMS messages.
5.2 What Messages Customers May Receive
When you use ServiceWizard to send SMS messages, your customers may receive the following types of messages:

- Review requests after service completion
- SMS Marketing messages (for customers who have opted in)
All SMS messages sent through ServiceWizard are delivered by third-party messaging providers (such as Twilio) on behalf of your business.

We use third-party messaging providers (including Twilio) to deliver SMS messages on behalf of businesses using our platform. These providers:
- Handle the technical delivery of messages
- May have access to phone numbers and message content necessary for delivery
