Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of ServiceWizard. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use ServiceWizard to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or abusive SMS/email communications
- Engage in illegal activity or promote illegal goods or services
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users
- Commit fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform beyond authorized access
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or other messaging/privacy laws
Messaging & Communications
Businesses must obtain required consent before messaging customers, honor opt-out requests (including STOP), and keep accurate records of consent. See our SMS Consent page.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. We may also report illegal activity to authorities when appropriate.
